Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All orders shipped will come with a tracking number.  Ship times are approximate and may subject to change. Standard orders will usually ship within 3-5 days from the date the order is placed. Shipping times are estimated in business days and may, in some cases, run longer than shown.  For custom orders, please contact me for estimated date of delivery. 

Returns:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the items, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

I want my customers to be happy with their purchase, so if there’s an issue with your order, I’ll do my best to make it right. 

Conditions of return (defective or damaged items only)

• Buyers must report any issues they may have within 10 days from the date of receiving the item(s).  

• Buyers must send back the defective item(s) unused and in original packing within 21 days from the date of purchase, before a refund can be issued or a replacement can be initiated. 

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellation:

I will accept cancellation if the order is cancelled within an hour which it was placed.
