Bantam Hen Saddle

Designed for hens with a small body frame, including most bantam breeds, this chicken saddle with wing protector will provide extra coverage and protection from the rooster’s spurs and at the same time give her a chance to heal and regrow her feathers.

Please measure your hen before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size. A properly fitted chicken saddle should rest comfortably and securely on your hen without being too tight or too loose. An ill-fitting saddle may shift or flop around, reducing its effectiveness and leaving the areas that need protection exposed.

Materials:

• 100% premium cotton for maximum comfort and durability.
• Detachable straps with high quality metal snaps for easy application. Straps are covered in fabric to prevent the elastic from rubbing on the skin of the hen’s wing nooks.

Size available: Small 6″ for tiny chicken breeds such as the silkies.

The size mentioned above serves only as a guideline. Each hen’s body frame is different so be sure to measure your hen first before ordering to ensure that the saddle fits perfectly on her body.

How to measure: Measure from the bottom of her neck to its oil gland. The dimension you have is the size to order.

Additional Option (if available): Wing guard for extra protection if there are bald spots on your hen’s wings.
